Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the Paridupari website and to any order you place with us. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Who We Are

Paridupari is a trading name of WNOOLA LIMITED, a private company limited by shares, registered in England and Wales under company number 17375228. Our registered office is 51 Beech Street, Eccles, Manchester, England, M30 8GB, United Kingdom. You can contact us at info@paridupari.com.

2. Accepting These Terms

By visiting our website or placing an order, you confirm that you accept these Terms and our related policies: the Privacy Policy, Shipping and Delivery, Refund and Returns, and Cancellations. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. Our Products

We sell toys, games and related items. We describe our products as accurately as we can, but please keep in mind that:

  • Product photos are for illustration, and colours may look slightly different depending on your screen settings.

  • Materials, paint and printed designs can vary slightly in shade, finish and position between batches. Small variations are normal and are not defects.

  • Sizes, weights and measurements shown are approximate. Please check the dimensions and contents listed on the product page, and note that batteries, where needed, are not always included unless stated.

  • The recommended age shown for each toy is a safety guide based on the toy's design and features. Please follow it and any warnings on the product and packaging.

  • Availability can change without notice, particularly for limited stock items.

4. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

  • Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

  • Payment is taken when you place your order. Card details are handled securely by our payment providers, and we do not store your full card details.

  • If we discover an obvious pricing error, we will tell you and give you the choice to continue at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.

5. Placing An Order and Forming the Contract

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. The confirmation email you receive straight after ordering only tells you that we have received your order and is not acceptance. A contract between you and us is formed when we send you an email confirming that your items have been dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order, for example because of stock unavailability, a pricing or listing error or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund you in full.

6. Delivery

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping and Delivery policy.

7. Your Right to Cancel and Return

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. How this works, and how to return items, is explained in our Refund and Returns policy.

8. Faulty or Incorrect Items

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these Terms. Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us at info@paridupari.com and we will put it right.

9. Safety, Age Guidance and Use

Toys must be used as intended and according to the age recommendation, warnings and instructions on the packaging and product page. Some toys contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3 years. Children should be supervised during play where the instructions say so, and adults should inspect toys regularly for damage. Packaging, plastic bags and loose small parts should be kept away from babies and young children. Batteries must be inserted, charged and disposed of as set out in the instructions. Normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, rough treatment or use that does not follow the instructions, missing batteries that were not included, and parts lost or broken after delivery are not faults.

10. Use of Our Website

You agree not to use the website in any way that is unlawful or harmful. This includes harassing others, sending spam, scraping or copying content, introducing malicious code, and trying to bypass security measures. We may suspend or end your access if you break these rules.

11. Reviews, Comments and Feedback

If you send us a review, comment or other feedback, you give us a free, non-exclusive right to use it, for example on our website, as long as it does not identify you without your agreement. You must make sure that what you send is lawful and does not infringe anyone else's rights.

12. Accuracy of Information

We take care to keep descriptions, prices, stock levels and delivery times accurate, but errors can happen. We may correct any error and will tell you if it affects an order you have already placed.

13. Third-party Links

Our website may link to websites run by others. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

14. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, photography, logos, graphics and design, belongs to WNOOLA LIMITED or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

15. Our Liability

We are responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of our breaking these Terms or our failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for any business losses if you buy for business purposes. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer. We do not promise that the website will always be available or free from errors.

16. Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delay or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, carrier disruption, strikes or technical failures. If that happens, we will contact you and, if we cannot fulfil your order, we will refund you.

17. If Part of These Terms Is Invalid

If a court decides that any part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest will continue to apply.

18. Governing Law

These Terms and any contract between us are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may bring a claim in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom where you live, and you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws where you live. If you live in England or Wales, the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the website when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
